Can I drive without a boat license?
Yes, you don't need a boat license to drive our boats.
How can I drive the boat if I have no experience?
Before boarding, our staff will hold a theoretical and practical briefing to show you everything you need to navigate safely.
Can I book the boat for a day?
No, reservations have a minimum duration of 3 days. The itineraries include multiple attractions, so the ideal duration of a cruise is 7 days.
Can I go out to sea?
No, our boats are used for inland navigation.
Who drives the boat?
You are the captain. Upon boarding, you will receive all the information needed to navigate safely.
How do I know where to moor?
All the points where it is possible to moor are marked on our nautical charts.
Can I cruise at night?
No, navigation is permitted until 6 pm (4 pm in April and October).
Can I moor at anchor or tie up the boot wherever I want?
No, on our nautical charts all the possible mooring points are indicated.
Where do I recharge the boat’s batteries?
The batteries are recharged automatically while cruising.
What do you recommend I bring from home?
We recommend that you use soft suitcases/bags and bring only the essentials, to enjoy your boat holiday without unnecessary baggage.
Where do I leave the car?
Our bases have private parking (for a fee).
What's in the kitchen?
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.
Do I need to bring linen from home?
No, sheets and towels are provided.
How does the air conditioning work?
Air conditioning is used at night to cool the interiors, once moored. During the day there are lots of fun things to do outdoors. If you really can't do without it, the most modern boats allow the use of air conditioning even while cruising. We recommend that you consult the relevant data sheets for more information.
How many people does it take to drive the boat?
The presence of 2 people is legally required; we recommend 3 people in good physical shape, to handle the maneuvers with ease.

Yes, the boat is insured with Civil Liability Insurance. Additional insurance packages are also available. Click here >
Where do I top up the water?
The boat is delivered with a full tank of water. You can refill it during your holiday at the numerous equipped ports along our itineraries.
Do I need to refuel during the holiday?
The boat is delivered with a full tank of fuel. The recommended itineraries allow you to undertake a 7-day vacation without the need to refuel. Upon return, you will only pay for the fuel consumed.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Of course, up to 2 pets are allowed (with supplement).
What happens in the case of bad weather?
If the bad weather is such as to make cruising dangerous, the holiday will be rescheduled based on availability.
